Emily Stoddart from Emily Stoddart Photography will take professional photos at our rehearsal on Sunday 16th of Nov. A schedule will be posted mid term three - in short your child will have their stage rehearsal and then have group and solo photos. Please ensure your child arrives dressed in costumes, hair, and make-up for these days. Each child will have a group photo plus two solo photos in each costume. 1 portrait shot per child regardless of how many dances they are in. I'm hoping to have Emily at one of our concerts for taking stage/action shots. If you purchase the photo package, these stage photos are included. Photos will be sent the same as last year via Dropbox for you to download and use as you wish.
Costs
$40 if your child is in one dance (3 photos plus all stage photos)
$70 if they are in 2 dances (all stage photos included)
$100 if they are in three or more (all stage photos included)
These amounts will be added to the term four accounts, so nothing needs to be done from your end. Please let me know if you don't want photos, and I will cancel. I will also use pictures and videos for next year's marketing, public media, and studio photos. If you don't want this, please just let me know.
Concert Video
Like last year, we replaced our Show's DVD with a digital download. This year's recital will be professionally filmed by the Live Web Video Productions videography team - Live Web Video Facebook
Every family will be charged a compulsory fee of $55 and receive a link to download the digital capture after the show. This fee is how costs are worked out from Live Webb - it is the same link sent to everyone, so it's not fair if some people opt out and still receive the link. As with the photos, you can send them to Nan's pops, aunties etc, all to see. I will add this fee onto term three accounts to spread out costs.
It's a beautiful keepsake and one that will be played over and over again. I can promise you it is money well spent. You can watch last years concert here:

Policies
Due to child protection laws and The Art House policy, no video or photography will be allowed at the recital. Security guards and/or ushers will request that any cameras be returned to your car.
